To create effective, scalable solutions that could meet the unique needs of its customers, VLAN forged partnerships with Microsoft, Rhipe, an IT service management company and Zendesk, a customer service software company, for which VLAN is Malaysia’s only registered partner.
VLAN then created a synergy between the three that enables customers to scale up licenses seamlessly – so they can benefit from Office 365’s cloud-based features, such as being able to work and collaborate from anywhere, data security, and 99.9% uptime.
With the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program, VLAN is able to respond to the changing needs of its customers – whether it’s a company that’s growing its workforce, or a business that‘s downsizing and wants to optimize operations.
